As the premier golf event in the Montgomery area, Birdies for Babies raises significant funds that directly benefit Baptist Health’s two Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Baptist Medical Center East and Baptist Medical Center South. Previous projects funded by tournament proceeds include NICU renovations and specialized isolettes for our smallest of patients. The 2026 Birdies for Babies Tournament was held on April 21st and 22nd at Montgomery Country Club and Wynlakes Golf and Country Club.
The 2026 tournament was a huge success and set another new fundraising record of over $217,000 raised for the two NICU's! The two-day tournament would not have been possible without the many volunteers from Baptist Medical Center East and Baptist Medical Center South.
More than 300 golfers enjoyed beautiful weather on the links as they learned about our NICU graduates and how they benefitted from equipment and supplies provided by the Baptist Health Care Foundation.
